My children all loved Kristy. I hired her as a sitter for my three children only for a handful of months before we moved out of state, but we had a wonderful experience with her. She has a background in education, is very relaxed, is always on time (if not early), kept my children engaged, seemed to have a knack for keeping them cooperative by talking to them like little adults, and demonstrated an understanding that children are deserving of respect. I liked it when, on one occasion when I arrived back home, she kept reading a book she had started reading to my children for another ten minutes before finishing and getting up to debrief me about their afternoon.
