I am a "youthful" grandma with six grandchildren. I started babysitting by keeping my younger siblings when I was 11 years old. I started keeping other people's children when I was twelve. I raised three sons of my own, and over the years, had three other children live in my home. I started substitute teaching in 2006 when my oldest grandchild was in elementary school. I went back to school and got my teaching certificate and have taught elementary school for the past eleven years. I have taught autistic children, and was an aide for an autistic child when I first got out of college. I also have years of experience teaching children with ADHD. I have a passion for children and want to help them learn at their fullest potential.
