I have 1.5 years of professional child care experience in a preschool setting. I most often worked with children 12-24 months in age, but have plenty of experience with <12m and 2-10 years as well! I would be comfortable working with older children, too, as my ultimate career goal is to be a high school art teacher. I love cooking, music, and painting, so I encourage creativity amongst the children in my care. I also enjoy coming up with fun new learning activities so I can “watch their wheels turn” as children learn and grow! I also think it’s very important to allow plenty of free play, because it helps to foster independence, and that is how children learn best! Your kiddos will have tons of fun, exciting days with me and will certainly be loved!
