Meet Jamie

• Comfortable with pets

Besides having three daughters of my own, I have cared for children of all ages for the past 15 years. I provided the care out of my own home, and only offered 4-5 full time spots at a time. Once those spots were filled, the babies/toddlers stayed with me until their parents decided if they wanted to enroll them into preschool, or keep them with me until they started kindergarten. Almost every family I’ve provided care to, had me start when their baby was 10 weeks old. From there I worked on all developmental milestones, motor skills, potty training and learning through play. I was able to provide the time and attention to every child that they deserved and needed, as well as keep the germs down since my maximum number of spots available was five. We moved here to Texas from Mississippi about seven months ago. Before having children Read more of my own I was a dental assistant and office coordinator for 10 years! Once I had my first daughter we had decided I would stay home to raise our babies. When my first daughter was about 14 months old was when I decided I wanted to help other Mothers be able to work, and provide high quality care to their children. From there each child that I took on became a part of our family, and my family became a part of theirs. It has been a wonderful experience and something I’m very good at!
