Meet Elizabeth

I’m every child’s enthusiastic, fun aunt! I graduated Purdue University with a degree in Creative and Professional writing. When I’m not nannying, I’m writing novels. I have a strong nurturing instinct, and a passion for teaching. I have a cheerful disposition and a laidback attitude I love teaching and playing with children. I can help with homework of any kind, too. I pride myself on encouraging curiosity and creativity in kids. I love arts and crafts, and am comfortable setting up and directing activities for the kids. I never lost my childhood imagination, and I often engage with it when I’m writing. I’m an expert in the imaginative play that younger children enjoy, though I can also entertain older children and teens with Dungeons and Dragons, which is the same thing in a different package. i also know a lot of games (word games in particular) than are brain exercises Read more disguised as fun. I love dogs, and I like cats, though I am unfamiliar with most other pets. I’m the type of person that enjoys cleaning and I can cook as well. I studied child psychology among my coursework at Purdue, though my real qualifications rest in my history of taking younger kids under my wing. When I was in a little older in elementary school, began I mentoring the younger children as an elective. When I was in middle school, I volunteered with the special needs program at the elementary school. In high school, I tutored and mentored with various programs, like the National Honor Society and my school’s band. In college, I became the honorary older sister for a set of teenage twins, and I loved them like I was their mother.
