I became a caregiver to help kids grow and be who they are. I am CPR and first aid certified as well. Working with kids and adults with specific adaptations and needs is no issue for me. I've been around and working with people with special needs as long as I can remember (10+ yrs). If you have a pet(s), more the merrier!
