For years I have helped care for my siblings, neighbors, and cousins. I am also going to school to become a certified K-12 teacher (with an emphasis in music). Because of my degree, I have been able to take many classes on how to interact with children of all ages, and have had the opportunity to work with every grade in the schools. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor. Each week I would be in charge of teaching and caring for 20-30 youth. Each person was important to me, and I tried to make it the best experience possible by making sure they were where they needed to be, doing the right things, eating properly and staying hydrated, getting adequate sleep, and most importantly having fun.
