Rhyen committed to long term work with our family and a month into it with no conflict and being very kind to her, she ghosted our family completely. Stated she left a note on our car seats that she got a better opportunity and had to take it. No warning, not phone call, nothing, just blocked my calls and blocked me on her social media so I couldn't reach her and didn't show up. So unprofessional and left us high and dry. We were very kind to her and have very sweet little kids and are dumbfounded by this whole experience. To make it even better, we don't have those car seats so not sure where those are with the "note" she claimed she wrote when she finally text me! Ugh.
