I’m a flight attendant that has currently been furloughed due to Covid-19. I will be furloughed starting September 1st until at least May of 2021. I have two children of my own that are older and now live outside my house. My oldest has mild autism so, I have a lot of experience with that. I was a leader in my church and supervised small children for over 4 years. I took care of an Alzheimer’s patient while in high school everyday after school for two years. I was an Activities Coordinator at Beehive Homes (Skilled Nursing Facility) for over a year before I became a Flight Attendant. I also need to mention that I’m an artist and taught art lessons out of my home to Middle School age students for about two years. I had a perfect attendance record at work before being furloughed.
