So if we're talking official, documented experience with kids, I worked at a daycare for a year working as a teacher and caretaker for children ranging form newborn to just under two years old. However, most of my experience with kids has come through out my entire childhood and young adult life. I am the third of eight children and since the youngest one was born I have acted as a second mom to most of my siblings. To be honest, I feel like I relate with children more then I do with adults. Every summer for the last ten years my family has hosted a neighborhood children's play. During the last four years I have been assistant or head director, helping up to 30 kids ages 17 on down learn their parts and memorize lines from Shakespeare.
