Being around children gives me a joy that nothing else does. My partner works and I have not for a year now, so if I go back to work I want to love it! What better place than a job with kids? I have done most cooking and cleaning in our household for the past year and am completely comfortable going some housework. I also have a, now 4 year old step son, he has moved out of state with his mother now, but he used to stay with us for about a week at a time. That taught me how to manage a toddler that needed all attention into my large house work list. I have twin nephews they are 4 now, I have baby sat for them since they were born and we even took them to Disney Land when they were 2! That was a bit of Read more a hassle but I learned a lot. I have spent a year while in college being an after school supervisor for an elementary school. There I worked with children 4-12 years old, we had 70 students for about 4 hours a day. There were only 3 supervisors, that taught me how to take care of and pay attention to a lotttt of kids at the same time. There I would do snack time, plan and guide activities, play time and homework. I have always been drawn to children and am blessed to be welcoming a baby of my own in December. I would like to be a in permanent position even after my son is born if possible, but I completely understand if the job offered were to be temporary.
