Hi, my name is Grace Slater. I attend the University of Utah; however, I moved back to St. George for the extended summer. I am studying Speech and hearing sciences and minoring in communications and disorders. I would love to work with kids in the future and would love to work with them now. I have volunteered in children’s ministry at my church, for 7+ years now. My position was the main teacher for 2-3 years olds, and each Sunday they brought me so much joy. I was previously a Utah Reads Tutor, and worked at liberty elementary school, tutoring elementary kids and helping as a teacher and library aide. I have babysat many kids growing up, and I had a great experience. I hope to continue that!
