I worked in a Daycare between 2017 and 2020, mostly with infants and toddlers. During that period of time my responsibilities were: Help the children, in an enthusiastic, patient and fun way, with their daily routine, such as: eating, sleeping, following rules, playing safely, etc. Help the lead teacher to evaluate the children's emotional and developmental need to find a better way to teach students in accordance with their learning styles and give students tasks that fit those needs. Create the weekly lesson plans every three weeks. Talk to the parents about what the children did and how they felt during the day. And some other activities that are related to early childhood development and looking after children. I worked with 4th and 6th graders in the Enhanced Autism Program for a year and currently, I work in a Preschool Autism Classroom.
