I’ve cared for children as young as three months to as old as thirteen years, and up to three children at once! I have a bit of experience with special needs like Autism and ADHD, and am willing to learn about any special needs I’m new to caring for. Hello! My name is Jillian, and I am a North Carolina native starting to make a life in Virginia. I am 25 years old from a family of 6 children and many pets! I am a middle child, with two older siblings and three younger. I love to make things, from knitting a sweater to baking a cake. Nothing feels more rewarding than a physical final product you can share with those you love. I just returned to the US after a year abroad in France. I was an au pair for a family of 5 children, ages 8, 7, 5, 3, and 1. As an au pair, I was a part of the family, as I'd love to become with you! My responsibilities included driving the children to and from school and extracurricular activities when needed, light housework and meal prep, homework help, and general fun with the kids! I was also there to speak English with the children to improve their fluency. I have also worked in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) for two different companies in Boone, NC and Cary, NC.
