My name is Amanda and I have 15 years of experience working with children of all ages. Since 2004, I was a full-time nanny for one family in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. I was fortunate enough to see grow and help raise three wonderful children since birth. The first one now being 14 years old, and two little girls now 12 and 10 years old. I have also worked for several other families as a babysitter and temporary nanny. I am hard-working, gentle, trustworthy, neat, prompt and responsible. I have a valid and clean driver's license, I don't smoke, I love animals, I am comfortable doing laundry and tidying up after the children, and I am a great cook! Additionally, I speak fluent Spanish and I have no problem speaking, reading and even singing to the child in the language if you would like him or her to Read more learn it. I am looking for a full-time, long term commitment with a new family. I would prefer to start working with an infant, but please reach out to me you have an older child as well.
