Hi there! My name is Jamie Navarette and I'm a Virginia resident. This is such a fantastic place to be and I couldn't be happier. Before moving to Northern Virginia in 2011, I lived in Nebraska where I taught Language Arts for three years (NE license in Secondary Language Arts with a Specialty in Library Science). I have a plethora of experience working with and caring for children. While in high school I served as an associate at a local daycare. In college I worked as a summer nanny, and again in 2011 after moving to the East Coast. I enjoy spending time with babies, toddlers, and children and teaching them along the way. As such, I do miss the work I engaged in as an educator and caregiver, and that is why I'm looking to work part-time helping families out.
