I am a 30 year old Early Childhood Major, who graduated at NVCC. I am currently also working at my Bachelors at GMU. I have received my Career Studies Certificate and my Infant and Toddler Certificate as well. Back during my summers in high school I volunteered at the Thurgood Marshall Child Development Center in DC. I did over 500 hours there working in the toddler room, and occaisionally the Pre-K room. For a brief period during my college studies I also worked at the Cody Child Development Center on Fort Myer in the infant, toddler, and pre-k rooms. I have also consistently had my training in CPR/First Aid. I have babysat in many home settings now and would love to work with a family who’s flexible as I am in two classes now. I’d love a family who’s schedule allows me some time to study during the day. I Read more live in Pentagon City and would prefer to work for a family in the area if possible as gas prices are going up.
