I love helping others, especially children and the elderly. In my early 20's when I was a young mother of one, I decided to stay at home to take care of my son; to supplement our income, I took care of two other children at my home. I have also helped with my nieces, nephews, and grandmother. I am a recent retiree with 30 plus years of work/service to the VA Public School System (worked in the office setting, first for FCPS and last for APS). I am still young and desire to keep on working (part-time), but due Covid-19, I choose not to return to a job with a lot of public contact. (Bilingual, English/Spanish).
