This sitter, Laura Franco, who told me she lives in Alexandria, but her profile indicates she resides in Arlington totally scammed me. In a good faith payment, I paid her in advance for services. When I went to drop my dog off, who was scheduled to stay with her for 4 days, she didn't show up to receive our dog. We waited for 30 minutes and she would not respond to our calls or texts. She has not sent our money back for no services rendered. Sittercity has suggested I contact law enforcement and plan to do so with their support. Do not trust this sitter for children's services or pets! She cannot be trusted and literally stole our money. She's a fraud.
