I provided childcare for 6 years for a family of 4 children under the ages of 7. In addition to providing their children with a warm, loving, and safe environment to learn and grow, I also carried out other household duties such as light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, doctor visits and transportation to and from activities. I organized weekly play dates with other childcare providers in the area and scheduled/created daily educational activities. In addition to nannying, I have worked full time at two day cares. As an infant and toddler teacher, I was responsible for the daily schedules and care for infants. Also I was responsible for recording daily activities, conducting evaluations and transitions, maintaining a healthy, comfortable, and safe environment for children, parents, and teachers.
