One job I started at 3 months old and stayed until the child was 17, bathed and fed the child all meals, played games, taught numbers and letters, address etc,, Once the child was old enough to go to school drove and picked up from school made dinner drove to after school activities, while the child was in school vacuumed, dusted, did laundry, made dinner. If the child was sick I took to drs, went to pharmacy administered medicine. Did whatever the family needed me to do.
