My name is Naiya Whyte, I love what I do and everyone I do it for absolutely loves me and my ethic. My passion for care giving wasn't something I seen coming, I started my first care giving job with a fantastic family. 3 wonderful kids one being only 1 years old, while the others are 2 and 5 I've been luckily blessed with the fact I'm able to watch them grow. Knowing that I helped improve their knowledge and watched prosper into 3 young strong minded individuals helps me build my confidence with plenty other families whose kids may just need extra guidance or a companion. What I loved most about the job was being the kids companion, someone they could trust, feel comfortable with and learn new things with. I love the fact that my job gives me purpose and helps me learn more about the development of Read more people. It gives me a chance to practice what I'm currently going to school for. Everything I do knowing it's a help to someone else, makes me enjoy what I do a ton more! There I did all house cleaning, grocery shopping, dinner prep and most importantly I built a foundation with the kids and the parents that even after the job, I still care for the kids nd will push them to be great in life until they are where they want to be. I've learned you do a job best when it is something you love. Through my caregiving experience I found my passion.
