Kasha's communication started off well, however, when it came to the scheduled interview date and time, she did not show. She did not contact me to let me know she could not make it and she was provided with my personal contact number for seamless communication. I contacted her 5 minutes after getting to our scheduled meeting place. I waited 20 minutes and still did not hear anything back and sent another message to let her know that we would be leaving. We did not have a chance to work together, so I cannot rate on work ethic or interaction with my child, but only on being a no-show and communication.
