I have 5 years of experience. Ive worked as a babysitter but also as a teacher in a classroom setting from infants to toddlers for 3 years. I like to create a safe and nurturing childcare environment for the kids, collaborating with other caregivers. I clearly communicated and coordinated with parents to understand each child's specific needs and desires. I effectively interacted with toddlers and worked towards specific age- appropriate milestones. I learned to administrate meals and any medication specific to each child's dietary restrictions and plans including lactose intolerant, allergy medication, and nut intolerances. I created a fun and interactive environment, planning activities that both entertain and stimulate the children.
