Hello! My name is Lexi Smith and I am a 22 year old recent college graduate. I am from Virginia but recently have moved to Little Rock. I was a babysitter throughout high school for three different families. I also was an assistant for dance classes (ages 3-9) which required me to be engaging, interactive, and attentive to the needs of the students. In the past 4 years, I have nannied for 3 different families, each having three children of different ages. I have experience taking children to appointments, picking them up from school, taking them to various extracurricular activities, helping the family with laundry/dishes/cleaning, providing entertainment, getting them ready for school, helping with homework, bedtime/naptime prep, meal-prep, caring for animals, keeping peace between siblings, managing chores, etc. I also have had some experience caring for children with developmental issues and learning disabilities. My role was to look after the kids, play with them, and help them with their homework and reading skills. I have had experience with all different ages and truly enjoy interacting with the children and watching them grow over the amount of time I get to spend with them.
