I have worked with children all of my life. I love the environment and the joy that comes with watching, teaching, and building the minds of young children. I have babysat children of all ages, including infant all the way up to 12. I come from a big family and have always enjoyed the company of kids. I am currently looking because I want to switch to a more one on one environment. At the current moment I work in an Early childhood Development school and they're not very good at supporting their workers. To elaborate a bit more on the "one on one" comment, it doesn't necessarily mean one child as much as it means one - two families of focus, rather then an entire classroom of kids 10 or more where I don't feel supported in my work. To leave this job will break my heart because the Read more love i built with my kids is strong, but in this moment, I feel overworked and taken advantage of and am finding myself disliking a profession I love with all my heart.
