I am a rising senior at Virginia Tech pursuing a psychology major and a public health minor. I love working with children and have done so for a long time. I worked as a camp counselor for preschool and elementary school children while in both middle school and high school, and I also worked as an after school teacher's assistant for preschoolers while in high school. In addition, I have babysat since high school and worked as a nanny each of the past two summers. The first summer was with a family of four children, while last summer was with a family of two children. Both families asked me to return as a nanny the following summer, and I was lined up to do so this summer but the pandemic unfortunately changed the work situation for the family I was supposed to nanny for. Being a nanny is not a Read more chore for me. I love being with children and doing fun things with them. I am super interested in making sure they have a wonderful summer!
