Joshua Epps is the Program Manager in the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the University of Virginia. His programs provide direct student success resources to middle school, high school, and undergraduate students. Before joining the University of Virginia, Epps received degrees including a B.A. in Psychology, a Minor in Child Development and Family Relations (East Carolina University), and Masters of Education in School Psychology and Counseling Services (Howard University). His professional history includes positions, such as a Charter and Public School educator in grades 4-12, School Counselor in grades K-12, High School & College Coach/Personal Trainer, President of The Howard University School of Education, Howard University Student Marshall, Co-Founder of award-winning East Carolina University non-profit organization M.U.V.E. (Motivating & Uplifting Via Exercise), College Level Teacher Assistant in The E.C.U. Department of Child Development and Family Relations, and E.C.U. Admissions Counselor working with the Senior Associate Director.
