I love the joy that comes from being around a child and learning from the childlike wonder and sense of discovery of the world and themselves. My mom was a teacher and my parents helped in our church nursery growing up. Ever since, I was able to volunteer at the church kids department I was there too and just really loved it. I have worked in all ages ranges in a variety of different settings and just really love the prek age but would be open to older as well. I have babysat, taught prek at my church, worked as a middle school and high school tutor as well as worked with parks and rec after school, Montessori school, in home daycare. I will be going to school in the fall online to get certification in Preschool development.
