Hello! My name is Carolyn and I hope you will be the next family I work with! I am a very detail oriented person with a lot of drive and a lot of energy. I like to keep busy when I'm at work, so I operate best when given both a list of required duties, as well as additional "if there's time" duties. I need to have open dialogues with my families so that I am always aware of what's expected of me, and what to expect on the job. I will always give 110% of my efforts and energy into keeping your children happy, healthy, and safe. If there is a system already set up, I'm very good at following it. I love having detailed instructions and I am very comfortable with learning on the job as well. While I don't have a lot of formal training working with Read more children, I have 2 younger sisters, 10 younger cousins, and several friends with children ranging from infancy to preteen who I have a lot of experience taking care of. I like to be creative when I'm taking care of kids, finding different activities to keep them hands on and experiencing things. Games, playing outside, and arts and crafts are my forte. I love to cook and bake. I went to college for culinary arts and creating healthy, delicious meals is something that I really love to do. I also have previous experience training and caring for different types of animals, with a focus on dogs. I am a quick, efficient worker and I am always willing to stay a little longer than scheduled to make sure that everything is done. I am really looking forward to meeting you and your family!
