My name is Lisa. I started babysitting In high school after moving to the USA and a licenced care giver in Pennsylvania while in college . Babysitting was the first step I took towards learning about my new home in the United States. Working with/for a family was a major factor as why I became a biology and child psychology. My dream was to become a behavior analyst for Autisic children. I worked as both a private care companion and as memory care activities coordinator in a nursing home. However post graduation I began working as a logistics care coordinator for an emergency management group . This position focused and nurtured mypassion in working with both adults and children in a highly stressful in environment. Outside of my profession I still enjoy babysitting children and being a care companion for the elderly.
