Hello! I'm Rachel and I'm a rising sophomore at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee! I'm currently living in the Midlothian area for the summer and am looking to be a nanny for the next few months. I've been babysitting since I was 13 years old, starting with 2 kids that were 8 (boy) and 6 (girl). As I got older, I started babysitting more kids in large groups, up to 6 kids between ages of 4 and 10 with a mix of boys and girls. I started babysitting for a family with a 1-year-old and have been babysitting him for 3 years. In addition, I have babysat for a family that has 2 kids, a son 5 years old and a girl 8 years old. I meet a lot of the families I babysit for through my church community. Total, I have babysat for 6+ families within the past 6 Read more years all ranging between the ages of 1 through 10. I love going outside and playing with children on playgrounds or in the backyard, I feel like it's important for kids to be able to get their energy out, as well as have someone to play with so being watched by "the nanny" isn't something that they dread. Arts & crafts is a favorite activity of mine that I enjoy doing with children of all ages as well. I love to be active with kids in order to prevent them from being bored and inactive. Music and drama is always another bonus to throw into the mix to ensure that everybody has a good time! I also don't mind pets, as well as helping with transportation, housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, etc.
