I believe Rainey has good intentions. She was great with my kids, babysat them once. I had scheduled her a second time, 2 weeks in advance, and she did not show. After calling and texting I finally got a response, but still did not excuse that she did not communicate with me her situation and left me hanging. She lacks some maturity in her communication skills, but otherwise a very nice girl.
