My name is Andrea and thank you for viewing my profile! I am a mother of two boys (ages 2 and 4), looking for occasional or reoccurring hours to supplement my income. I drive a minivan, so I have 2-3 available spots depending on the number of car seats, if transportation is needed. If needing daytime weekday hours, either or both of my children will be accompanying me. I love picking up kiddos and taking them on adventures to places including Maymont (Nature Center and Children’s Farm), Metro Richmond Zoo, local splash pads and playgrounds, The Art Factory, etc. For my first job, I worked at a local YMCA within their Child Watch area, supervising the children while their parents exercised and otherwise enjoyed the facilities. I later worked at American Family Fitness Midlothian in the Kids Zone department. In this department I cared for children ages six weeks to Read more 13 years. I was employed there for nearly 2 years. Following AmFam, I was an infant/toddler preschool teacher for 3 years. After being a SAHM for 2 years during the height of the pandemic, I returned to the workforce via childcare again. I currently work for a Coworking business that provides on-site childcare to their members. I primarily take care of the infants and toddlers. Throughout my employment history, I have babysat for several families that I have made connections with. I am hoping that I will be a great match with your family.
