I grew up with three siblings and fantastic babysitters so I know the child developmental value of a good sitter. I love children and love organizing/scheduling/managing. The communities I am a part of have this thing they call "MBM" ... "Managed By Mia." I enjoy planning and organizing for other people, especially when they do not enjoy it or have time for it, and I love being able to use my gifts to serve others. Watching children included! I love playing with kids so that the parents can do the things they need to do. We're all on the same team, and I am grateful to have skills that can help families :)
