Hi there! My name is Kristen and as I previously mentioned I am currently a Junior at High Point University studying to be an Elementary school teacher. I absolutely love kids and teaching in general; I want to be able to impact and make a difference in my students' lives. I've also been a cheerleader throughout my high school and college career, so high energy is not a problem for me; that being said, I like to be active and take advantage of what the day has to offer and would want the kids I take care of to do the same. I would really like to be a nanny this summer because I think it would be a great experience for me to have under my belt before taking on a classroom of students. Aside from being around kids in my fieldwork assignments, I have also worked in the Read more children's department of my church (Rainbow Forest Baptist Church) for years and have babysat for many of those families numerous times. I have my own car and don't mind running errands or light housework. The only problem I do have is with cats and dogs because I am allergic.
