I graduated from William and Mary in 2013, and spent two years working as a teacher in southeast Arkansas through Teach for America. I am currently the assistant camp director and a wilderness guide with Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing in New Castle, Va, and am seeking temporary employment while home in northern Virginia during our winter season (roughly November through March). I love kids and have extensive experience working with children through teaching and numerous summers as a camp counselor. I am fun, active, and enthusiastic but know the importance of maintaining a safe environment that allows children to grow. I began babysitting at age 13, and spent several summers and winters nannying for my youngest brother (currently age 6) while in college. I currently hold a teaching license and am Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified.
