Hello my name is Autumn. Iv been in childcare since I was 12, babysitting for family and neighbors, when I was 15 till I was 20 I nannied for the same family that had 5 children with ages ranging from 12 all the way to 3. I loved my time spent with my last family, I watched those children grow into amazing young adults, some of them I got to meet when they were born and formed a special bond with them as they grew. I’m no stranger to housework, I do laundry, dishes, cook meals, tidy up, as well as organize the children’s belongings. I grew up loving children and through out high school I tutored elementary children with school work. With Covid-19 affecting many school systems and having children stay home I’m fully able to help children with school work if needed. I enjoy making new games with Read more kids and going on adventures with them, I try my hardest to make sure the children are always entertained and engaged. I have an associates degree from Northwestern Michigan College that I earned in spring of 2018. I moved down to Virginia over 2 years ago and fell in love with the area. I have a great driving record and I’m very cautious when driving, if we ever need to go out your child would be safe and I would make sure we had the appropriate car seat, booster, etc. I am an energetic individual who enjoys making children happy, but I also know when it’s time to be serious and make sure school work, or if the child has chores to get done get done. I love helping children grow into young adults and that’s is why I love childcare.
