Hello! My Name is Mrs. Kelsey and I am so excited to meet you and your little one. I am currently a 1st grade teacher, and I am looking for a summer nanny position. Before I started teaching elementary school I worked 4 years in Early Childhood Education with infants (12 weeks) to 4 years. Before ECE I was a nanny/sitter and my clients ranged in various ages. I am choosing to nanny this summer versus going into a summer daycare program so I can spend more personalized time with your little one. I value schedules, lesson plans (yes even holding a spoon can be a lesson!), outside time, and experiences to enrich a child’s learning. As Mr.Rogers said, “A child’s work is play.” I want to be able to foster that for your child this summer. I am comfortable with up to 4 children in various ages. I love Read more animals! I do not mind light housekeeping and cooking meals for the little one. My availability is June 20th-August 11th. However, I may be able to start earlier depending when I can get my classroom cleared out for the summer.
