I wasn’t going to leave a public rating but decided that other families should be informed. We hired Hannah for a full time nanny position to watch my two young children. We gave my kid’s daycare two weeks notice that they would be leaving. However, after weeks of planning for this new position and two days of her caring for my kids she texted us that evening saying she quit and that that day was her last. She gave us no notice or explanation except to say that “it wasn’t personal” and she had been “thinking about it for a while and decided to go for another job in a different direction.” My family has been struggling to find reliable and steady childcare for so long. The pandemic and constant Covid closures at daycares has made it difficult. My family thought that this would be better and we stressed needing someone reliable. This has put us in a worse position than before we met Hannah. We have been scrambling to find care now especially since those spots at my kid’s daycare have now been filled. I would not recommend you to trust your kids with Hannah. Her obvious disregard for a commitment to care for kids shows her to be too immature for the task.
