Hi families!! My name is Alexa and I am originally from Winchester, VA and I am currently a junior at VCU in Richmond, VA studying Elementary Education. I have always enjoyed and found working with children to be a strength of mine. I began babysitting at 16 and babysat for many families all through high school in addition to being a teacher's assistant at my dance studio. Last year I was a long term nanny for two elementary students and aided them in schooling through COVID, and had the opportunity to be a live in nanny for them last summer at their lake house. This year, I have been a long term part time nanny for a sweet sweet family of one year old twins!! I truly love working with kids and hope this post lets you see a little bit into my experience! :)
