Jennifer was with us for about 8 months and was a great support to our 1.5 year old daughter. She was helpful and thoughtful around picking up or doing light tasks around the house which was definitely not necessary but we absolutely appreciated after a long workday. Jennifer is kind and patient and our daughter really enjoyed the time they spent together. Jennifer is open to feedback and when our daughter's routines or needs changed, Jennifer was open to hearing how she could continue to adjust and support us through our daughter's development. Most kids take time to adjust to a new person coming in the home or taking care of them; as our daughter did. It was a really great feeling when Jennifer would come and our daughter would say "Hi J" and welcome her in to go play. We were able to leave for work knowing our daughter was in good hands.
