Hi there, my name is Grace (they/she)! The foundation of my childcare approach comes from the understanding that children are their own autonomous beings that need gentle guidance, support, and compassion (just like us!). Getting outside, being silly, having open and honest conversations, and allowing children the freedom to make their own choices encourages a happy and independent kiddo. I have been doing childcare on and off since middle school, including babysitting, nannying, and summer camp. I am currently saving up to pursue sex education certification (a big passion of mine I’m happy to talk more about and incorporate into our time together if interested).
