I grew up in Vermont and moved to New York City when I was 17 to pursue acting! I now perform regularly in theatres and improv venues in the city, and split my time between New York and Boulder! I've been babysitting since I was 12 and I absolutely love kids. One of my strengths is the variety of activities that I like doing with children. I love to read (I have a part time job reading aloud to law students) and can read aloud for hours! I'm always up for a trip to the library or bookstore and love getting kids excited about reading! I'm also a good cook, and enjoy supervising everything from baking, to cutting up apples, to popping popcorn for an afternoon snack! I love helping kids feel confident (and safe) in the kitchen and helping them complete a project they can end up enjoying afterwards!
