For 24 years I operated a home registered day care. I was a good life! Four years ago I decided to close my doors and get back into state work. I have worked for the Vermont State Legislature for the past four legislative sessions staffing two committees in the Senate. That position is seasonal from January to May. During the off-session I operate a small pet sitting business and also take on short term care taking positions. I love it. It has given me the opportunity to get care for babies/children again!
