My name is Shauna and I am 32 years old. I recently relocated to Vermont with my husband. We decided to move to the north east because of how safe and how it was what we imagined as a place to settle down and start a family. The most rewarding job I have had was as a dance instructor. I had students ranging from 3 to 12. For me the job was much more than just instructing and teaching choreography, it was about positive reinforcement, creativity, and helping the girls to be self confident. The only reason I left teaching dance was because I was relocating to go to college. I have also had several babysitting clients as well as lots of hands on experience with Girl Scouts. In Girl Scouts I supervised troop meetings as well as helping the girls to work on earning their badges. While babysitting I Read more had children ages 3 to 10. While in my care our time was spent making crafts or art, they would help participate in helping with dinner and clean up. We would also spend time reading and watching cartoons. I feel that I would make a great nanny because I am kind, nurturing, patient, respectful and enjoy working with children. While you are away, I will work to maintain a continuity of care for your children. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your family.
