Hello children and families! My name is Melia and I am a recent college graduate with an Early Education major with a minor in American Studies. I am from Brattleboro, Vermont, but just moved to Herndon, Virginia after I graduated in December of 2022. I have worked with children since I was in high school which made me discover my passion for teaching and working with children. After I graduated high school, I worked as a substitute teacher for many years which grew my love for teaching even more. In college I worked in my home state of Vermont doing office work and housekeeping for The Vermont Land Trust USA. Additionally, I babysat and nannied during the summers and in my free time.
