For me it is a joy to interact and play with children and to help them explore their world. I like to spend time getting to know them and really understand who they are inside. For me it is important to spend meaningful time with them where I encourage them to learn in a positive, safe, healthy and fun way. I honestly believe that kids are the greatest gift of life, they need to be loved and to be listened to. I’m Christarra McIntyre, a dedicated childcare professional with over a decade of experience working with children from infancy to school age. My journey began as a nanny for three children, and I later transitioned to a teaching role at Kindercare Learning Center, where I earned certifications in early childhood development, CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens. Most recently, I’ve provided backup care and date night services for over 6 families, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for every child. I’ve done many school pick-ups and have driven many children. I have also provided a lot of pet care. I value attendance, engagement, structure, and bonding in my work, always prioritizing the voices and opinions of children with patience and respect.
