Here’s a polished nanny review you can use: --- We loved having Mili as our nanny! She cared for our two kids—Ava (4) and Dez (1)—as part of a nanny share with our neighbors across the street, and she was truly wonderful. Mili was consistently warm, fun, and patient with the kids. She had a great routine with Dez and was able to get him down for naps smoothly, which was such a relief. She kept the kids engaged and active, taking them out regularly to museums, parks, and playgrounds. We always felt connected because she sent lots of photos and updates throughout the day. She was responsive, reliable, and made sure the kids were well fed and happy. We highly recommend Mili—our kids absolutely adored her!

Mili watched my son from the time he was 5mos until he was almost 2 and she was THE BEST. As a parent, you want your children cared for by people who will love them and enrich them, and I thought Mili did both. With Mili, he got outside every day. She helped him work on new skills and setup playdates so he had enough socialization. I also felt like she was attuned to his needs and always came to me with great questions based on what she was noticing. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely (and that your kids will fall in love with) Mili is it!

Mili was with our family for 2 years and was a wonderful nanny and babysitter for us. She is energetic, happy, fun and great with the kids (now 5 & 3). She brought a joy every day to work and our house that was genuine and infectious. She always had a daily plan, and kept the kids very active and engaged on a variety of different daily activities. On top of that, she was dependable, reliable and communicative. We really lucked out with Mili. Our kids genuinely adore her and we would highly recommend.

Mili was our nanny for nearly two years starting when our son was 18 months old. She is incredibly engaging, caring, fun, silly, and reliable. I always knew my son was being well taken care of and more importantly that he was having fun while I was away at work. She can easily handle multiple kids as she would sometimes watch our other two kids when they were home from school. My son loves her dearly as do we. I can’t recommend her enough!
