There was a point in my life where I felt like I was missing something.. I lived with my loving boyfriend and a 68-year-old roommate who is like a grandfather to me. We had 2 dogs, great jobs and lots of time to have fun, so I didn't know why I felt like I needed something more. Before moving to Bellingham, I visited my best friend and her sister, who has a 3 year old son. I realized that the thing I loved that was missing in my life was children! I am 18 years old and not ready to have my own, but why not make it my job to take care of kids? I have babysat before for family friends and had a blast doing it - we regularly went outside, played safe, age-appropriate activities, and I made lunches and snacks daily. I want to teach P-12 Health Read more and PE to kids and I think it would be great experience! I own a reliable car with a clean driving record, and would be willing to use a car-seat. No smoking or drugs. Am open to jobs with Christian families, pets and light cleaning. I have taken early childhood education classes, child psychology and Kinesiology, and am fully up-to-date on compliance to Washington's childcare laws and regulations. I have proof of CPR and First Aid Certified within the last year by the American Heart Association at the Little Rock Fire Department. I look forward to taking care of your little ones!
